25th Anniversary Golf Tournament

June 17, 2021 at Park Hills Golf Club
Check-in/Lunch 12:00p - Shotgun Start - 1:00p
Cost is $400 per team or $100 per single golfer

Registration Includes: Green Fees; GPS Golf Carts; Backyard Barbecue Lunch on the Patio; Beverage Cart; Pro Shop Certificates to the 1st & 2nd Place Teams and Four Skill Prizes on designated holes to be determined the day of the tournament.
Format of Play will be a 4-Person Scramble.
Prizes will be awarded immediately after the tournament on the patio.

Inclement Weather Policy: If golf course is determined to be unplayable, or play is suspended due to inclement weather, all prizes will be awarded by drawing. Unplayable conditions will be determined by Park Hills Staff.
